ERPNext Developer

We are seeking an experienced ERPNext Developer to join our Pepagora team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in implementing and customising ERPNext modules across Accounts, Sales, HR, and CRM.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and customise ERPNext modules (Accounts, Sales, HR, CRM).
• Gather business requirements and translate them into ERPNext workflows and configurations.
• Develop custom apps, scripts, and reports using Python (Frappe Framework) and JavaScript.
• Manage data migration, testing, and go-live support.
• Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and user training.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align ERP workflows with business processes.
• Maintain documentation for customisations, workflows, and configurations.

Requirements

• 2-6 years of hands-on ERPNext / Frappe Framework experience.
• Strong expertise in at least two modules: Accounts, Sales, HR, CRM.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, MySQL/MariaDB.
• Experience in full-cycle ERP implementation (requirements go-live).
• Familiarity with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
• Strong communication skills; ability to work directly with non-technical stakeholders.
