Description:
Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in the ERP system.
Handle ERP transactions related to Purchase, Sales, Inventory, Production and Accounts .
Coordinate with Production, Stores, Purchase, Sales, HR, Accounts, and Dispatch departments.
Monitor and update stock, material movement, production entries, and dispatch details .
Prepare and maintain ERP-related reports and records.
Verify ERP data and identify discrepancies or missing information.
Support users from different departments in ERP-related activities.
Follow up with concerned departments for pending ERP entries and approvals.
Maintain proper documentation and ensure data accuracy.
Assist in generating MIS and management reports from the ERP system.
Support ERP implementation, process improvements, and system updates.
Maintain confidentiality of company and employee-related information.
Perform other ERP-related duties assigned by management.
