Erp Techno Functional Consultant

Role & responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into ERP solutions
• Configure, implement, and support ERP modules
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand process improvements
• Provide techno-functional support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
• Conduct user training and prepare documentation
• Work closely with development teams for customization and integration
• Ensure smooth ERP implementation and post-implementation support

Preferred candidate profile

Experience in Sage ERP (added advantage)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of experience in ERP techno-functional roles
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and business processes
• Ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business users
• Good understanding of SQL, reporting tools, or basic programming
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
