Job Summary :- To be responsible for managing, supporting, and enhancing the organization's ERP system and MIS reporting framework. This includes understanding business requirements, ERP customization, report development, database management, user support, system troubleshooting, and IT coordination. The role requires a blend of business process understanding, technical expertise, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management to ensure smooth system operations and data-driven decision-making. Understand and analyze business processes across departments and translate business requirements into ERP solutions. 2. Develop, modify, and maintain ERP forms, reports, dashboards, and workflows as per business requirements. 3. Write and execute basic coding, SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts required for ERP customization, data validation, and reporting purposes. 4. Design and generate Management Information System (MIS) reports, analytical reports, and business dashboards to support decision-making. 5. Coordinate with management and end users to gather, document, and validate system requirements. 6. Perform system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), troubleshooting, and validation of new developments before deployment. 7. Provide ERP user training, support, and guidance to employees across departments. 8. Manage and monitor ERP master data, data integrity, and system accuracy. 9. Provide first-level support for ERP, software, hardware, network, and other IT-related issues within the organization. 10. Coordinate with external vendors, software providers, and IT service partners for issue resolution and system enhancements. 11. Maintain proper documentation of ERP configurations, reports, customizations, SOPs, and technical processes. 12. Perform any other ERP, reporting, system administration, or IT-related duties assigned by management from time to time. Essential to nail the Job Sr. No Particular Desired level 1.
