We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled ERP Support & Implementation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a good understanding of ERP functional processes, and sound technical knowledge of databases and SQL. The role involves client interaction, ERP implementation, user training, and post-implementation support.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement ERP software at client locations.
- Understand client business processes and configure the ERP system accordingly.
- Provide end-user training and ensure successful user adoption.
- Offer functional and technical support to clients.
- Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and coordinate with the development team for resolutions.
- Execute SQL queries for data verification, troubleshooting, and reporting.
- Assist clients during ERP go-live and stabilization.
- Prepare implementation and training documentation.
- Travel to client locations for implementation, support, and training whenever required.
- Good understanding of ERP functional modules (Inventory, Sales, Purchase, Production, Accounts, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Ability to understand database structures and perform basic troubleshooting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively to client sites.
- Ability to interact confidently with clients and conduct training sessions.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MCA, BCA, B.Tech, or a related field.
- 1-5 years of experience in ERP implementation, support, or consulting.
- Freshers with strong SQL knowledge, good communication skills, and a willingness to learn may also apply.
