About this role
Role & responsibilities
- Good knowledge of the apparel/garment industry workflow.
- Working knowledge of any ERP (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Odoo, NetSuite or an apparel ERP) and its core processes - sales, purchase, inventory, production and finance.
- Knowledge of Python and Java Script , plus hands-on experience with REST APIs and JSON (XML is a plus) would be an added advantage.
- Basic SQL and data handling.
- Hands-on exposure to LLM APIs (Claude, OpenAI or similar): prompt writing, structured output, and document extraction.
- Clear communication and the ability to explain technical ideas to business users.
- Degree in IT / Computer Science / Apparel or Textile Technology / MBA (Systems or Operations), or equivalent experience.
