ERP SALES Assistant Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end ERP software sales from lead generation, qualification, product demo,

negotiation to closure.

• Generate and convert B2B leads through inside sales, outbound prospecting, referrals, and

market research.

• Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets by building a strong sales pipeline and maintaining

healthy conversion ratios

• Understand client requirements and deliver consultative ERP solutions to fleet owners,

transporters, and enterprise customers.

• Build strong client relationships, handle objections, track follow-ups, and ensure successful

deal closure and handover.

Preferred candidate profile

• 3-7 years of experience in ERP / SaaS / Software Sales.
• Strong experience in B2B sales and client acquisition.
• Good exposure to inside sales and lead conversion.
• Experience in selling ERP, TMS, CRM, or other enterprise software solutions.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to conduct product demos and understand customer business requirements.
• Strong target orientation with proven revenue achievement.
• Ability to manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
• Experience working with fleet, logistics, transportation, or supply-chain clients will be an

added advantage
