About this role
- Experience: Minimum 10-15 years of IT experience with at least 5-7 years in ERP project management focusing on SAP.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of any one of the SAP modules: FICO, SD, and ABAP development.
- Solid understanding of ERP integrations between SAP and other systems (Coupa, Concur, PeopleSoft).
- Proven experience managing teams of at least 30-40 members in a multi-ERP customer environment.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow for incident and problem management and Jira for agile project management.
- Knowledge of AI technologies applied to ERP systems, including automation, data analytics, and machine learning concepts.
- Ability to collaborate with internal data science and analytics teams to implement AI-driven ERP enhancements.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Strong Knowledge of ITIL processes and Agile Scrum methodologies is mandatory.
PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred
