ERP & Material Flow Management Specialist

We are looking for a candidate with strong communication skills and hands-on experience in ERP systems, particularly in material flow management, manufacturing and distribution processes, planning parameters, and master data management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor material flow through ERP systems across manufacturing and distribution operations.
• Maintain and manage ERP master data, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Configure and maintain planning parameters such as lead times, lot sizes, safety stock, and reorder parameters.
• Support material planning, inventory planning, and production planning activities.
• Monitor ERP transactions and identify discrepancies affecting material availability and flow.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Procurement, and Distribution teams.
• Analyze ERP data and prepare reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Ensure timely and accurate updating of material and planning-related information in ERP.
• Identify process issues and support improvements in ERP-based material management.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and resolve operational issues.
