ERP Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a sharp, proactive and technically strong ERP Manager with hands-on experience in managing and operating ERP systems in an educational/university environment. The ideal candidate should have excellent understanding of ERP modules, workflows, data management, troubleshooting and user support, with the ability to quickly identify issues and provide effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor the University ERP system and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Handle ERP modules related to Admissions, Student Management, Academics, Examination, Attendance, HR, Fees, Accounts and Administration.
• Provide hands-on ERP support to faculty, staff, students and different departments.
• Configure and manage ERP workflows, user access, permissions, data and system settings.
• Identify, troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related technical and operational issues.
• Coordinate with ERP/software vendors for bug fixing, customization, upgrades and implementation.
• Monitor data accuracy, system performance and ensure timely updates.
• Generate and maintain MIS reports, dashboards and management reports.
• Train users and departments on ERP processes and new features.
• Ensure proper implementation of ERP processes across departments.
• Maintain system documentation, SOPs and process records.

Candidate Profile:

• 2-3+ years of hands-on experience in ERP management/ERP operations.
• Experience in University/College/Education ERP will be highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ERP modules, workflows, database/data management and reporting.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Should be sharp, proactive, intuitive and quick at identifying problems and solutions.
• Strong understanding of MS Excel, MIS Reporting and data analysis.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple departments/users.
• Strong ownership, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
