Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ERP Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring MVC, Hibernate, and MySQL. The candidate will be responsible for leading the development team, designing and developing ERP applications, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Java development team.
• Design, develop, and maintain ERP applications.
• Develop scalable solutions using Java, Spring MVC, Hibernate, and MySQL.
• Analyze requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Perform code reviews and ensure coding standards.
• Troubleshoot technical and production issues.
• Work closely with business, QA, and project teams.
• Optimize application and database performance.

Required Skills

• 8–14 years of experience in Java development.
• Strong knowledge of Java, Spring MVC, Hibernate, and MySQL.
• Good understanding of REST APIs, SQL, OOP, and design patterns.
• Experience in team leadership and enterprise application development.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• ERP domain experience is preferred.

Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
