Pretture is a SaaS ERP platform by KAVworks Technologies Pvt. Ltd., built specifically for fashion designer brands. It helps brands manage their end-to-end business including Purchase, Production, Inventory, Sales and Distribution.

About the Role

This is more than an ERP implementation role, it is an opportunity to learn how real businesses operate, work directly with leading fashion brands, and build expertise across business processes, technology and client management.

You will work with fashion designer brands to understand their production, retail and operational workflows, and then set up these processes in Pretture ERP after structured internal training.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys understanding how businesses work, solving problems and interacting with clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand clients operational workflows
• Configure and set up client processes in Pretture ERP
• Communicate the process with clients confidently
• UAT and user training
• Track implementation progress and share regular updates
• Identify process gaps and find practical solutions
• Work independently as well as with the team
• Travel to client locations when required

Who We Are Looking For

• Education:
• MBA with a Bachelor's degree background in:
• B.Sc. IT / Computer Science
• BCA
• B.Tech / BE
• B.F.Tech / Apparel Production
• Experience: 02 years; freshers are welcome
• Strong logical and analytical thinking
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English
• Good presentation and training skills
• Detail-oriented and organised
• Curious, proactive and willing to learn
• Comfortable working with softwares
• Proficient in Excel
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
