ERP Implementation Executive - EdTech SaaS

We are looking for an enthusiastic ERP Implementation Executive / Functional Consultant to join our implementation team. This role is ideal for candidates who want to build a career in ERP consulting, client implementation, business analysis, and enterprise technology.

Job Locations: Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur, Chennai, Chandigarh, Belgavi, Sambhaji Nagar, Jaipur, Kolkata

Role & responsibilities

• Provide onsite support to clients and work directly at the clients location during ERP implementation, training, troubleshooting, and post-implementation support.
• Understand client/institution requirements and configure the ERP system accordingly.
• Conduct user training, product demonstrations, and knowledge-transfer sessions.
• Support data migration, system configuration, testing, and go-live activities.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate with technical teams for timely resolution.
• Provide post-implementation support and ensure smooth ERP adoption and user experience.

Desired Skills

• Strong communication & stakeholder management.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings.
• Experience in Education / EdTech / ERP / SaaS domains is highly preferred.
