ERP Implementation Consultant

We are looking for an experienced ERP Implementation Consultant to manage and execute end-to-end ERP implementation projects. The candidate will work closely with clients to understand their business processes, configure ERP solutions, conduct training, and ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze client business requirements.
• Study existing business processes and recommend ERP solutions.
• Configure and implement relevant ERP modules.
• Prepare functional requirement documents and implementation plans.
• Conduct gap analysis between business requirements and ERP capabilities.
• Coordinate with technical teams for customizations and integrations.
• Perform system testing and support UAT.
• Conduct user training and prepare documentation.
• Support data migration and go-live activities.
• Provide post-implementation support.

Experience & Skills

• 3 - 5 years of experience in ERP implementation or functional consulting.
• Strong understanding of ERP implementation lifecycle.
• Experience in requirement gathering, gap analysis, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Ability to understand complex business workflows.
• Strong client and stakeholder management skills.
• Good documentation and communication abilities.
