ERP Functional Executive

Role & responsibilities :

• Support Finance & Accounting and other key business processes including Purchase, Sales, Inventory and Production.
• Evaluate the requirements and coordinate with the development team for reports, customisations, integrations, and enhancements.
• Coordinate with the SAP B1 support partner for issue resolution and system improvements.
• Participate in testing and validation of developments, upgrades, and system changes.
• Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, and user guides as required.
• Assist users with SAP B1 functionality and provide basic training/support.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, reporting, and better ERP utilisation.
• Coordinate with business users and stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of ERP-related requirements.

Preferred candidate profile :

• M.Com, B.Com, or equivalent professional qualification.
• 1-4 years of relevant experience in SAP Business One / ERP functional support in finance, preferably in a manufacturing organisation.
• Hands-on experience of 1-4 years in financial functions.
• Strong understanding of Accounting & Finance operations and ERP processes.
• Knowledge of P2P, O2C, Inventory, Production, and Finance & Accounting processes.
• Experience in requirement analysis, functional analysis, testing, issue resolution, and coordination with technical teams.
