• Good PC skills and especially MS Excel
• Good communication skills

• Experience with organising training programs
• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the companys success
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Good time-management skills
• Identifying and resolving issues on time
• Coordination with team for resolving issues
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
• Willingness to occasionally work outside of regular working hours if required
