About this role
Role & responsibilities
* 4+ years of experience in ERP Support / ERP Operations / ERP Implementation
* IT background with strong understanding of ERP software & business applications
* Good knowledge of SQL and SQL Queries writing, executing and troubleshooting queries
* Experience in database handling, data validation, reports & data analysis
* Strong troubleshooting skills for ERP-related technical issues
* Experience in ERP user support and issue resolution
* Good understanding of Manufacturing ERP modules – Production, Inventory, Purchase, Stores & Sales
* Experience with ERP systems such as SAP / Oracle / other Manufacturing ERP will be an advantage
* Ability to coordinate with IT, Production, Purchase, Stores and other departments
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Manufacturing industry experience preferred
