Erp Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an ERP & Data Entry Executive who is highly accurate and efficient in handling data entry and day-to-day transactions on ERP systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with ERP software and strong proficiency in MS Excel, including advanced Excel functions and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in the companys ERP system.
• Handle day-to-day ERP transactions and ensure timely data updates.
• Verify data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies wherever required.
• Maintain and organize records and reports generated through the ERP system.
• Prepare, update, and maintain Excel-based reports and trackers.
• Work with large datasets using Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF functions, filters, sorting, and other advanced Excel features.
• Coordinate with internal teams to collect, verify, and update required information.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality.
• Generate regular MIS and operational reports as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–1.5 years of experience in ERP data entry, ERP operations, MIS, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with any ERP software is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, particularly advanced Excel functions.
• Good understanding of VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, filters, sorting, conditional formatting, and basic data analysis.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good typing and data-entry skills.
• Ability to work with large volumes of data and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
