Job Title: ERP Executive (With Al Skills)

Experience: 1 to 2 Years

Salary: 3-3.5 LPA

Location: Ghaziabad (Sahibabad)

Purpose To groom high-potential young talent through structured rotational exposure across AFPL's manufacturing and business functions, building strong fundamentals along with practical fluency in Al and digital tools, to prepare them for future managerial roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Undergo structured rotations across production, Quality, Maintenance, SCM, HR and Finance functions as per the training plan.
• Support functional teams in daily operations, data collection, process documentation and reporting.
• Work on assigned improvement projects and present findings with data-backed recommendations to function heads.
• Assist in preparing MIS, presentations and analysis using digital and Al-based tools under mentor guidance.
• Participate in classroom training, plant floor learning, and periodic evaluations / capstone project presentations.
• Build cross-functional understanding Of the forging manufacturing value chain, from raw material to dispatch.
• AI-ENABLED FOCUS AREAS As part Of the program, every MT will be trained on practical use Of Al tools to build a digitally future-ready manager, not just a functional specialist.
• Hands-on training on generative Al tools (ChatGPT / Cloud) for reports, presentations and analysis.
• Exposure to Power Bl / Excel-based dashboards and basics of automation (Power Automate / RPA).
• Introduction to Al-based quality, predictive maintenance and demand forecasting concepts used on the shop floor.
• Capstone project requiring application of at least one Al or automation tool to a real business problem.

Required Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical / Production / Industrial) or MBA/PGDM from a reputed institute.
• certification / coursework in Al, analytics or automation will be an advantage
