We are looking for an experienced ERP Consultant to help businesses implement and optimize ERP solutions. The candidate should have strong expertise in business processes and ERP systems, with the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation.

• Understand and analyze business processes (Finance, HR, Sales, Inventory)
• Map business requirements into ERP solutions
• Configure ERPNext modules based on client needs
• Collaborate with technical teams for customizations and integrations
• Conduct system testing and ensure smooth implementation
• Provide user training and documentation
• Support clients post-implementation and resolve issues
• Continuously improve workflows and system efficiency
• Strong understanding of business processes and ERP concepts
• Hands-on experience with ERPNext modules (Accounts, HR, CRM, Inventory)
• Ability to gather and analyze client requirements
• Experience in workflow configuration and process optimization
• Basic knowledge of ERP customizations and integrations
• Understanding of SQL and reporting
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in end-to-end ERP implementation projects
• Familiarity with Frappe framework (basic understanding)
• Knowledge of data migration and system integration
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• 5+ years of experience as an ERP Consultant
• Experience working with multiple ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
