About this role
ERP Business Development Manager to drive ERP Business Central sales from qualified opportunities through closure.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the complete sales cycle from discovery to contract closure
• Identify customer requirements and position ERP solutions effectively
• Conduct product demonstrations and solution presentations
• Prepare ROI-driven proposals and commercial offers
• Lead pricing, commercial and contract negotiations
• Build strong relationships with CFOs, CIOs, COOs and IT Heads
• Maintain CRM hygiene and manage sales pipeline effectively
• Forecast accurately and report funnel/pipeline health
• Develop long-term client relationships for upselling and renewals
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
5–10 years of experience in Enterprise ERP/CRM Sales
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics / Business Central preferred
Candidates with experience in SAP, Dynamics, Oracle, Acumatica or similar ERP solutions can also be considered
Strong consultative selling and commercial negotiation skills
Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
Excellent communication, presentation and CXO-level engagement skills
Good understanding of ERP modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, etc.
Proven ability to manage opportunities from qualification to closure
