Roles and Responsibility

• Develop and implement effective ESG strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement in ESG performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ESG considerations into business operations
• Monitor and report on ESG metrics and progress towards targets
• Provide training and guidance on ESG best practices to employees
• Stay updated with emerging trends and regulatory requirements related to ESG

Job Requirements

• Strong understanding of ESG principles and their application in business settings
• Experience with ITGC frameworks and methodologies such as COBIT or ISO 27001
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and technologies used for ESG management

Required Skills & Expertise:
RCSA, IRR/Risk Assessments, Control Governance & Standard Uplift, along with exposure to standards such as NIST, DORA, and ISO 27001. ERM + ITGC +ITAC
