Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Equity Research Analyst to join our research team. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about financial markets, equity research, and fundamental analysis. You will be responsible for evaluating listed companies, tracking market developments, and providing actionable investment insights to support informed investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct fundamental research and financial analysis of listed companies across various sectors.
• Analyze financial statements, annual reports, earnings releases, and other corporate disclosures.
• Perform industry and company due diligence to identify investment opportunities.
• Prepare detailed equity research reports, including financial models, valuation analysis, and investment recommendations.
• Prepare detailed equity research reports with investment recommendations supported by quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Monitor market trends, sector developments, corporate actions, mergers & acquisitions, and other key events impacting investments
• Present research findings and investment ideas to the investment and management teams.
• Stay informed about macroeconomic factors, regulatory changes, and industry news affecting capital markets.

• Requirements:
• Master's degree in Finance, MBA (Finance)completed, CA Intern, CFA , or an equivalent qualification.
• Freshers with strong academic credentials are encouraged to apply.
• Maximum 1+ years of experience in equity research, financial analysis, or investment research are welcome.
• Strong understanding of Fundamental Analysis, Financial Statement Analysis, and Due Diligence.
• Good understanding of capital markets, equity investing, and financial modeling.
