Equity Research Analyst

Position Title - Equity Research Analyst

Department - Investment

Work Location  - Hyderabad

 Conduct in-depth fundamental research on equities, sectors, and markets, including analysis of financial statements, business models, valuation metrics, and macroeconomic indicators.

 Prepare financial models, forecasts, and investment notes to support fund manager in portfolio construction and investment decisions.

 Monitor equity markets and sectors to identify potential investment ideas and flag them to senior team members

 Track company developments, earnings announcements, corporate actions, and industry trends.

 Strong understanding of equity markets and valuation techniques.

 High level of analytical rigour with the ability to synthesize research into actionable investment insights.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with fund managers, brokers, and internal teams.

Familiarity with IRDAI investment guidelines and regulatory frameworks (added advantage).

 5+ years of relevant experience in equity research and investment analysis

 Experience within insurance , mutual funds , PMS, AIFs (regulated financial institutions) , sell-side research firms preferred

 Pursuing / completed professional qualifications such as CA / CFA / FRM will be an advantage
