About this role
Position: Equity Relationship Manager ( Patna , Jalna & Chh. Sambhajinagar)
Specific Responsibilities:
- Acquire new clients and generate brokerage revenue.
- Manage and maintain existing client relationships.
- Provide market updates, stock ideas, and trading support.
- Increase client trading activity and business.
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into active clients.
- Coordinate with Research, RMS, Operations, and Back Office teams.
- Resolve client queries and ensure quality service.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Brokerage / Revenue Generation.
- New Client Acquisition
- Client Activation & Retention
- Trading Volume
- Lead Conversion
- Cross-Selling.
- Monthly / Quarterly Target Achievement.
- Client Satisfaction.
Technical Competencies /Skills:
- Good knowledge of Equity Markets and Trading.
- Knowledge of Demat, Trading Accounts, Equity & basic F&O.
- Strong communication and sales skills.
- Good client relationship management skills.
- NISM certification preferred.
- Graduate in any discipline.
Experience:
- 15 years of experience in Equity Broking / Stock Broking / Financial Services.
