EPM Functional Consultant NR Architect

Role & responsibilities:

• Lead functional requirements gathering and analysis for Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions.
• Conduct workshops with Finance, FP&A, Accounting and business stakeholders.
• Design and configure EPM solutions supporting planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation and financial reporting.
• Define application structures including dimensions, hierarchies, members, metadata and business rules.
• Translate business requirements into functional and solution designs.
• Develop functional specifications, process flows and configuration documentation.
• Configure EPM applications, forms, dashboards, reports, workflows and calculations.
• Define and support data integration between EPM and ERP/financial source systems.
• Work with technical teams on data loads, integrations, automation and interface requirements.
• Support SIT, UAT, defect management and production deployment.
• Perform data validation and reconciliation between source systems and EPM.
• Provide functional guidance and troubleshoot complex EPM issues.
• Support solution enhancements, upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure solutions follow appropriate EPM architecture, security and governance standards.
• Provide knowledge transfer and training to business and support teams.
• Support deployment, go-live and post-production hypercare/BAU activities.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong experience in Oracle EPM / Enterprise Performance Management
• Strong functional consulting experience
• Experience with Planning / Budgeting / Forecasting
• Experience with Financial Consolidation and Reporting
• Understanding of EPM dimensions, hierarchies and metadata
• Experience with business rules and calculations
• Strong understanding of Finance / FP&A processes
• Requirements gathering and stakeholder management
• Functional solution/design documentation
