EPM ARC Lead

Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced EPM ARC Lead to support enterprise performance management initiatives with a focus on Account Reconciliations, Data Integrations, and Process Automation. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with EPM processes, financial data, integrations, and automated workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support Account Reconciliation processes within an EPM environment.
Design, develop, and maintain data integrations between EPM and other enterprise systems.
Develop and support data pipelines and process automations to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
Analyze and resolve reconciliation and integration issues.
Monitor integration jobs and automated processes and troubleshoot failures.
Work with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and implement solutions.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of relevant experience in EPM, financial systems, Account Reconciliation, data integration, or related areas.
Strong hands-on experience with Account Reconciliations.
Experience with EPM Data Integrations.
Experience developing and supporting data pipelines and process automations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience troubleshooting data and integration issues.
Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
