About this role
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and maintain Epicor ERP solutions for clients across various industries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop customized solutions using BPM (Business Process Management) tools.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users on Epicor software applications such as Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing modules.
- Analyze client needs and provide recommendations for process improvements through data analysis using SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services).
Job Requirements :
- 6-10 years of experience in implementing Epicor ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of BPM business process management principles and practices.
- Proficiency in SQL programming language with ability to write complex queries.
