About a minute. You'll make an account on the way through.

    About this role

    Who We Are

Boston Consulting Group partners with leaders in business and society to tackle their most important challenges and capture their greatest opportunities. BCG was the pioneer in business strategy when it was founded in 1963. Today, we help clients with total transformation-inspiring complex change, enabling organizations to grow, building competitive advantage, and driving bottom-line impact.

To succeed, organizations must blend digital and human capabilities. Our diverse, global teams bring deep industry and functional expertise and a range of perspectives to spark change. BCG delivers solutions through leading-edge management consulting along with technology and design, corporate and digital ventures—and business purpose. We work in a uniquely collaborative model across the firm and throughout all levels of the client organization, generating results that allow our clients to thrive.

    What You'll Do

Enterprise Services (ES) was established in 2022 to provide efficient, resilient, and scalable

services to support the evolving needs and complexities of a more digital BCG. ES brings together

business-critical operations - such as Procurement & Payables, Global Finance Operations, and

Executive Support Services - alongside specialist expertise including Real Estate, Travel, and

Meetings & Events. United by a common service mindset, ES enables every BCGer to focus on the

work that matters most by giving time and energy back through streamlined, reliable service

delivery. In doing so, ES creates cost advantage and strengthens BCG's market differentiation,

while reducing risk through consistent controls and business continuity. Through scalable

platforms and globally integrated ways of working across our strategic core global hubs, Enterprise

Services enhances agility and helps unlock the potential of those who advance the world.

As an EP&P Senior Analyst, Supplier Risk, you will support BCG's global ESG Supplier Risk

Management program by helping embed responsible sourcing practices and supplier due diligence

into our procurement processes. Working as part of the ESG Supplier Risk team, you will

contribute to the delivery of ESG risk management activities, support regulatory compliance

efforts, and help ensure the firm meets its evolving ESG obligations.

You will collaborate with colleagues across Procurement, Legal, Compliance, Sustainability, and

regional teams to support supplier due diligence, improve processes, and strengthen the quality of

ESG data and reporting. Through your analytical skills, attention to detail, and collaborative

approach, you will help scale the program globally while contributing to BCG's broader ESG

agenda by supporting supplier ESG due diligence, responsible sourcing initiatives, regulatory

compliance efforts, and responses to ESG reporting requests from clients and internal

    stakeholders.

    What You'll Bring

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Sustainability, Environmental

Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.

    • 4+ years of experience in data and analytics across procurement including diversity, supply

chain, ESG, sustainability, or a related field.

    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets, identify trends, and

    generate meaningful insights.

    • Familiarity with ESG principles, supplier due diligence, responsible sourcing, or regulatory

    compliance is preferred.

    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with procurement, reporting, or supplier

risk management platforms is a plus.

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively

    across global, cross-functional teams.

    • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple

    priorities while delivering high-quality work.

    • A collaborative mindset, curiosity, and a commitment to continuous learning and process

    improvement

    Who You'll Work With

As an EP&P Senior Analyst, Supplier Risk, you will sit within BCG's Procurement function and

report directly to BCG's ESG & Diversity Supplier Risk Director.

You will collaborate closely with key participants within the Procurement team, particularly the

Third Party and the Data Analytics team, to ensure seamless integration and alignment with

BCG's procurement strategies. Additionally, you will interact with other functions including

compliance, legal, and sustainability teams to ensure a comprehensive approach to ESG risk

management, and partner extensively with teams in our local geographies to support local

    regulatory requirements.

    Additional info
