Position : Safety Officer /Asst Mgr (Environment, Health & Safety)

Qualification : B.Sc/M.Sc (Chemistry/Physics) / Diploma Chemical/Mechanical) with Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety (ADIS) / Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Safety (PGDIS) from RLI/CLI or approved by Bihar State board of technical education.

Experience : 4-6 Years in handling EHS in project execution.

CTC : 05-06 Lakhs

Reporting to : Site EHS Manager and Project Manager.

Age : Less than 33 years

Brief Job Description

• Responsible for implementation of Group EHS policy requirements.
• shall be able to conduct various EHS training courses.
• PPE Management Ensure availability and use by all applicable employees on 100% basis.
• Approve and ensure compliance with the work permit system on 100% basis. Escalate deviations to the project manager and EHS Manager for correction.
• Shall ensure safety in construction lifting/shifting activities using mobile or fixed cranes.
• Ensure every incident is investigated, complete CAPA within stipulated time frame and prevent recurrence.
• First aid Box monitoring and management
• Ensure legal compliance related to BOCW and Factories Act.
