Qualification

• M.E. Industrial Safety Engineering
• B.E. Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering

Experience

• 2 to 5 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Support in standardization and harmonization of the EHS framework.
• Analyse EHS metrics and EHS KPI monitoring reports, and provide statistics to management for taking appropriate measures.
• Manage and update training Key Performance Indicator (KPI) dashboards.
• Discuss and propose risk assessments by collecting and analysing similar incident trends and work towards standardization.
• Share best practices and lessons learned across all service points.
• Manage and maintain records of all necessary safety-related trainings for site technicians and subcontractors.
• Monitor HSE training compliance certifications and ensure the system is regularly updated.
• Maintain Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) stock plans and reports.
