Job Description

We are looking for an experienced EHS Engineer with strong exposure to High Voltage Substation projects and UAE/GCC safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement project HSE policies and procedures at site.
• Monitor compliance with UAE safety regulations and client requirements.
• Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks and safety audits.
• Identify hazards and implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Monitor construction activities for HSE compliance.
• Prepare and maintain HSE documentation and reports.
• Coordinate with project and construction teams on safety matters.
• Support incident investigation and corrective action implementation.
• Ensure compliance with client-specific HSE protocols.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of relevant experience.
• Strong experience in HV Substation / Power Transmission Projects.
• NEBOSH IGC Certification is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of HSE practices and site safety.
• UAE safety regulation / GCC project experience preferred.
• DEWA / TAQA / TRANSCO project experience is an advantage.
