Requirements:

• Eligibility: BSc (Computers), BTech, MBA (IT), MSc (Science), or equivalent 2026 graduates
• Experience: 0-2 years
• Work Mode: Remote
• Shift: Night Shift | 7:00 PM 4:00 AM IST
• Internship Duration: 6 months
• Stipend: 12,000–15,000 per month
• Full-Time Opportunity: Potential conversion based on performance and business requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for client queries and support requests.
• Attend client calls, understand issues, and provide timely follow-up.
• Perform initial incident triage and assess priority and impact.
• Log, track, and resolve support tickets within defined SLAs.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, QA, and other teams for issue resolution.
• Escalate technical issues appropriately and ensure timely closure.
• Conduct basic product demonstrations for clients and stakeholders.
• Develop a strong understanding of the product, workflows, and healthcare IT processes.
• Maintain support documentation and identify recurring issues or customer pain points.

• Good verbal and written communication skills with a professional, customer-focused approach.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness and ability to work night shifts.
• Quick learner with an interest in Healthcare IT and software applications.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and meet SLA commitments.
• Good documentation skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of U.S. healthcare/healthcare IT workflows is an added advantage.
