• Monitor enterprise systems and ensure application stability and availability.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Manage incidents and minimize system downtime.
• Monitor system health and performance using enterprise monitoring tools.
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues and improve support processes.
• Document technical findings and provide support to team members.

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Splunk Administration and/or AppDynamics Administration.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise systems monitoring tools.
• Experience in incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
