Project Role Description : Lead the development of complex solutions across multi-tower and/or multi- service transformational opportunities. Architect end-to-end integrated solutions leveraging the best mix of offerings, assets, and capabilities to maximize value for the client and Accenture. Ensure alignment of solution to client's organization goals.

Summary:

As an Enterprise Solution Architect, a typical day involves leading the design and development of sophisticated solutions that span multiple service areas and business units. This role requires orchestrating the integration of diverse components and capabilities to create cohesive, value-driven outcomes for clients. The professional ensures that the solutions align closely with the strategic objectives of the client s organization, coordinating efforts across various teams and stakeholders to deliver comprehensive transformational initiatives. The position demands a proactive approach to managing complex challenges and fostering collaboration to achieve optimal results.

• Should have influencing and Advisory skills.
• Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective solution architectures.
• Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to leverage emerging technologies and best practices within solution designs.
• Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their skills and contribute effectively to project goals.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PTC Windchill.
• Experience with product lifecycle management systems and integration techniques.
• Strong analytical skills to assess complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ability to design scalable and maintainable architectures that support enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences and influence decision-making.
