Job Summary
We are looking for an Enterprise Sales Manager to drive B2B SaaS/Software sales, develop customer relationships, generate new business, manage the sales cycle, and achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new B2B/enterprise sales opportunities.
- Identify and connect with potential customers through outbound and inbound channels.
- Conduct product presentations, demos, and solution discussions with prospects.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key accounts.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial discussions.
- Achieve a monthly sales target of 10 Lakhs .
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and customer handover.
Candidate Profile
- 3 6 years of experience in SaaS / Software / B2B Sales .
- Proven experience in achieving sales/revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of enterprise/B2B sales processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience handling decision-makers and enterprise customers.
- Self-driven and comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
