Enterprise Sales and Business Development Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the B2C e-learning market.
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts, identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing partnerships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing campaigns, product roadmaps, and customer success plans.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, track performance metrics, and optimize sales processes.

Job Requirements :

• 3-15 years of experience in enterprise sales or b2c sales in an EdTech/e-learning industry.
• Proven track record of achieving significant revenue growth through effective relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of the education sector's needs and challenges; ability to communicate complex technical solutions effectively.
