Enterprise Compliance, Risk & Governance Manager

V2Soft is an AI solutions company helping U.S. enterprises put AI to work. We're looking for a hands-on compliance leader to own AI governance across our group of companies and make sure every client commitment is met.

What You'll Do

• Lead AI governance: own the AI Acceptable Use Policy, approved-tool inventory and AI risk register (NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001).
• Audit client SLA compliance across talent delivery accounts and project/managed-services engagements.
• Drive corrective action plans and report compliance scorecards to leadership.
• Audit recruiting, onboarding and offboarding processes (I-9/E-Verify, background checks, ATS records).
• Keep group websites aligned with U.S. privacy laws, GDPR and India's DPDP Act.
• Support ISO 27001 / SOC 2 evidence and security reviews.

• 8+ years in compliance, risk, audit or governance supporting U.S. clients.
• Working knowledge of AI governance and security frameworks (NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001, ISO 27001, SOC 2).
• Experience with U.S. employment compliance, MSP/VMS programs or SOW-based delivery.
• Certifications such as AIGP, CISA, CRISC or CIPP are a plus.
