Enterprise Risk Management Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement effective Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) frameworks to identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to establish risk appetite statements, policies, and procedures aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and recommend improvements to risk governance processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for operational risk management.
• Provide expertise in risk management best practices to stakeholders across the organization.
• Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement risk management strategies.

Job Requirements :

• Strong understanding of ERM frameworks such as COSO ERM, ISO 31000, or similar industry standards.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing effective risk management strategies.
• Experience in an IT services & consulting environment is desirable.
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
• Demonstrate excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to think strategically and make informed decisions under pressure.
