Role Description The Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Manager will oversee the implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of ERP systems to support core business operations at Transways Realty. This full-time, on-site role in Kolkata involves analyzing existing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and translating operational needs into effective system configurations. The ERP Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, manage data integrity, coordinate ERP-related projects, and provide user training and support. The role also includes monitoring system performance, working with vendors or technical partners when needed, and ensuring that ERP solutions align with the company's strategic and compliance requirements.
Qualifications

• Candidate with experience in High-rise ERP preferred
• Candidates should possess strong Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) skills, including system configuration, integration, and user support.
• Candidates should possess Business Process and Business Process Improvement skills to map workflows and design more efficient operational processes.
• Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to interpret data, diagnose process issues, and recommend practical solutions.
• Candidates should possess Project Management skills to plan, execute, and monitor ERP-related initiatives within timelines and budgets.
• Relevant experience in real estate, construction, or property management operations is beneficial.
• A bachelor's degree in business, information systems, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and levels.
• Experience with change management, user training, and documentation in system implementation or upgrades is an advantage.
