Summary: As an Enterprise Platform Advisor, a typical day involves delivering expert consulting services to organizations undergoing complex enterprise transformations that may span multiple technology platforms. This role requires providing strategic advice on selecting appropriate platforms, optimizing technology costs, and identifying value levers to enhance business outcomes. The advisor also focuses on developing and implementing cutting-edge technology assets tailored to specific industries or business functions, ensuring that solutions align with market trends and client needs. Collaboration with various stakeholders to drive impactful technology initiatives is a key aspect of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead strategic discussions with clients to align technology solutions with business objectives.
• Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of technology platforms.
• Continuously evaluate emerging technologies to recommend innovative approaches for enterprise transformation.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core HCM.
• Strong expertise in enterprise platform advisory and transformation strategies.
• Ability to analyze complex technology landscapes and recommend cost-effective solutions.
• Experience in developing industry-specific technology assets and frameworks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to facilitate collaboration across teams.
• Capability to lead and influence decision-making processes in a multi-disciplinary environment.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Workday Core HCM.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
