Summary: As a Technology Consulting Practitioner, you will engage in high-impact activities throughout the systems development lifecycle. Your typical day will involve advising and leading teams, collaborating with various stakeholders, and providing strategic insights to enhance the IT function. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects align with organizational goals and deliver value to clients.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.
• Develop and present comprehensive reports and recommendations based on analysis and findings.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Financial Accounting Core.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with financial reporting and analysis.
• Strong understanding of financial processes and systems integration.
• Ability to analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Workday Financial Accounting Core.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
