Project Role Description : Provide consulting services and advice on complex enterprise transformations involving one or more technology platforms. Advise on platform selection, technology cost optimization and/or value levers. Develop and implement market-leading industry- and/or function-specific technology assets.

Minimum 2 Year(s) Of Experience Is Required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As an Enterprise Platform Advisor, your day involves delivering expert consulting services focused on complex enterprise transformations that span multiple technology platforms. You engage with stakeholders to provide strategic advice on selecting appropriate platforms, optimizing technology costs, and identifying value opportunities. Your role includes developing and implementing innovative technology solutions tailored to specific industries or business functions, ensuring that organizations achieve their transformation goals effectively and efficiently. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology strategies with business objectives.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on project deliverables.
• Continuously monitor industry trends to recommend improvements and innovative approaches.
• Assist in preparing detailed reports and presentations for client engagements. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core HCM.
• Strong analytical skills to assess enterprise platform requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Experience in managing technology cost optimization initiatives within large organizations.
• Ability to develop and implement technology assets that address industry-specific challenges.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Capability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to collective problem-solving. Additional Information:

• This position is based at our Chennai office.
