About the Role
illumifin is seeking an experienced Enterprise Data Manager to lead the development of scalable data platforms that drive business intelligence, operational excellence, and AI-enabled innovation across our TPA and benefits administration business.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise data platforms, data pipelines, and APIs.
• Develop cloud-native data solutions leveraging Python, SQL, and modern data engineering technologies.
• Drive data governance, quality, security, and compliance initiatives.
• Partner with business, product, and technology teams to enable data-driven decision-making.
• Support AI/ML and advanced analytics initiatives through scalable data architecture.
• Mentor and lead a team of data engineers while overseeing project delivery and technical standards.
Required Qualifications:
• 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Management, or Enterprise Data Platforms.
• Strong expertise in Python, SQL, Data Modeling, ETL/ELT, and Data Warehousing.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Experience building REST APIs and scalable data services.
• Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and enterprise data architecture.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
Preferred Skills:
• FastAPI, Flask, Django, SQLAlchemy
• Kafka, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis
• Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
• AI/ML and advanced analytics exposure
• Healthcare, Insurance, Benefits Administration, or TPA industry experience
