Manager, Enterprise Data & Analytics Products | Bangalore, India An opportunity is available for a

Manager, Enterprise Data & Analytics Products to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of enterprise data and analytics solutions. This role focuses on driving product innovation, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering scalable cloud-based analytics platforms that support business decision-making across functions including Supply Chain, Finance, HR, and Legal.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead product and engineering teams responsible for enterprise data and analytics products • Drive the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of scalable analytics platforms • Develop product roadmaps aligned with business priorities and emerging technologies • Partner with business and technical stakeholders to translate data into actionable insights • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, vendors, and business leaders to deliver analytics solutions • Oversee data governance, security, quality, and platform performance • Identify opportunities to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance data capabilities • Manage project delivery, resource allocation, and technology initiatives • Monitor KPIs, report progress to stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement • Mentor and develop high-performing product and analytics teams

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field • 9–12 years of experience managing enterprise data and analytics products within complex organisations • Experience delivering cloud-based analytics solutions using platforms such as Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, or similar • Strong understanding of information management systems and enterprise data architecture • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills

Preferred: • Experience with AI/ML technologies and MLOps frameworks • Knowledge of Agile methodologies • Experience with vendor management and technology procurement • Strong understanding of data security and governance • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
