Position: ECM Administrator IBM FileNet
Experience: 5+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer, monitor, and maintain the IBM FileNet ECM Platform.
• Perform installation, configuration, patching, upgrades, and environment maintenance activities.
• Manage users, groups, roles, and access permissions across the FileNet environment.
• Monitor system health, performance, and repository availability.
• Troubleshoot platform, application, and content repository issues.
• Handle incidents, service requests, and problem management activities within agreed SLAs.
• Coordinate with OEM/vendor support teams for issue resolution and escalation.
• Perform backup, recovery, and preventive maintenance activities as per FMS scope.
• Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and operational standards.
• Prepare technical documentation, operational reports, SOPs, and knowledge articles.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in IBM FileNet ECM Administration.
• Hands-on experience with IBM FileNet P8, Content Engine, and Process Engine.
• Strong experience in administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of FileNet platforms.
• Knowledge of WebSphere/WebLogic/JBoss application servers.
• Experience with Oracle/DB2/SQL Server databases.
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix and Windows environments.
• Strong incident management, performance tuning, and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in Managed Services/FMS environments.
• Exposure to ITIL-based support processes.
• Experience coordinating with OEM support and handling escalations.
