Were looking for an experienced Enterprise Client Success Manager to own strategic accounts, build C-level relationships, and drive revenue growth across our enterprise portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Revenue Expansion: Proactively identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities across your enterprise accounts.
- C-Suite Relationship Management: Build trusted advisor relationships with CHROs, CXOs, and HR leaders to align Refyne with their strategic goals.
- Account Retention & Growth: Own contract renewals, portfolio health, and Net Retention Rate (NRR).
- Executive Business Reviews (EBRs): Deliver data-driven QBRs to CXOs, demonstrating ROI and presenting growth roadmaps.
- Product Rollout & Adoption: Ensure seamless launch and employee adoption for enterprise clients.
What Were Looking For:
- 6+ years in Enterprise CSM or Account Management (B2B SaaS or HR Tech preferred).
- Proven track record of upselling, cross-selling, and quota attainment in enterprise accounts.
- Direct experience engaging and presenting to CHROs, Chief People Officers, and CXOs.
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and a data-driven mindset.
- Flexibility to travel (30 - 40%) for key in-person executive meetings.
