Enterprise Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Own the complete enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting to closure and handover, for mid-to-large deals
• Identify and engage SMEs, distributors, wholesalers, retailers, manufacturers, and multi-location businesses
• Build and manage a strong pipeline through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other channels
• Engage business owners, founders, CXOs, finance heads, operations heads, and other key decision-makers
• Understand complex customer requirements around billing, accounting, inventory, GST, payments, and multi-branch business management
• Conduct product demos and presentations, online and offline, to multiple stakeholders
• Visit client offices for meetings, product demonstrations, negotiations, and closure discussions
• Lead multi-stakeholder buying processes, handle objections, negotiate commercials, and close deals
• Mentor and support junior BDEs through call reviews, demo shadowing, and deal guidance
• Support the team in closing large or strategic opportunities
• Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline, and sales forecasts, and report regularly to leadership
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Share customer feedback, competitor insights, and market trends with product and internal teams
