Join Lonzas Global IT organization as an Enterprise Architect, where you will play a key role in shaping and governing the technology landscape that supports Lonzas global business and digital transformation ambitions. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with business leaders, IT stakeholders, delivery teams, and executives to define enterprise architecture standards, guide strategic technology decisions, and ensure solutions are aligned with business objectives, architectural principles, and long-term technology roadmaps.

Work Arrangement

This is an office-first role. Working together in person supports close, real-time collaboration and team alignment, enabling us to deliver our best work. You will work primarily in the office, with the flexibility to work remotely for 20% of your time (one day per week).

Key Responsibilities

• Define, implement, and maintain the Enterprise Architecture framework, processes, standards, and governance practices across the organization.
• Drive the development and continuous improvement of business capability models, application portfolios, technology platforms, integration landscapes, and architecture.
