As an Enterprise Architect, a typical day involves defining and implementing comprehensive enterprise architecture strategies that align with organizational goals. This role requires envisioning and articulating a clear and compelling architecture vision, establishing a target state for the enterprise, and developing a detailed transformation roadmap. The position demands continuous engagement with various stakeholders to ensure the architecture supports business objectives and adapts to evolving technological landscapes. The Enterprise Architect plays a pivotal role in guiding the organization through complex changes by providing strategic direction and fostering collaboration across multiple teams to achieve seamless integration and operational excellence.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the development and communication of enterprise architecture frameworks and standards to ensure consistency and alignment across projects.

Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to identify and resolve architectural challenges, promoting innovation and efficiency.

Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to support their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in AWS Core Infrastructure.

Experience with cloud architecture design and deployment in large-scale environments.

Strong knowledge of infrastructure as code and automation tools.

Ability to design scalable, secure, and resilient cloud solutions.

Familiarity with network architecture, security protocols, and compliance standards.

Expertise in integrating cloud services with existing enterprise systems.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in AWS Core Infrastructure.

This position is based at our Gurugram office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
